Work from home opportunity

Are you a degree qualified accountant with at least 2 years experience in public practice or are you an experienced Bookkeeper?  Are you looking for a position which will allow you the flexibility to work from home (if you wish) and skip the day care costs? 

We are looking to expand our team and would like to offer the opportunity for the right person to use their skills in preparing financial statements, tax returns and business activity statements from your own home.  There may be some time required in our Mackay based office at the beginning (depending on your experience) to learn our systems but then we would like to offer you the opportunity, if you wish, to work remotely from your own home.  However, if you would like to escape to a modern office environment we would love to have you with us too!   

Working remotely will require someone who is self motivated, can work independently and can monitor their own jobs/budgets and daily targets.  You may not be working in the office but you will not be alone!  You will still have access and support from the whole Mackay office team utilising our modern systems which will allow real time video chats and will be connected to our phone system.    

Bloom Accounting is a Xero Silver Partner and full user of the Xero Practice Studio embracing the wave of accounting change.  We use all accounting packages currently on the market and will provide any training you may need. 

Remuneration initially referenced to industry standards with bonuses based upon performance.
